Reflections on the past quarter and what’s ahead
As the first quarter of the year comes to an end, we want to take a moment to look back at what has taken place and look ahead to what is coming. But first, we want to share something we have been working toward for a long time.

Try the Bible in Prayminder (iOS)
The work of integrating the Bible into Prayminder began last year, when the team at YouVersion invited us to join a small group of Christian ministries in their early alpha. Today, we’re sharing the first public beta of Prayminder with the Bible included, available through TestFlight.
While prayer remains at the center of Prayminder, many of you have shared how closely your prayer life is connected to Scripture. With this integration, you can now read the Bible within the app and save verses directly into your prayer items in a way that fits naturally into your rhythm.
What we achieved this quarter
Looking back at the past few months, we are grateful for the steady progress that has taken place.
- On iOS, we introduced custom prayer times, build a stats feature to better reflect your journey, and improved reminder reliability through cloud-assisted reminders. A number of smaller fixes also helped make the experience more stable and refined.
- On Android, we added the Amen button within prayer views and introduced data export and import, both important steps toward bringing the platforms closer together.
- We’ve also received valuable input from many of you around prayer content and resources. This is already shaping what we plan to build next.
What is coming up in the next quarter
As we recently spent time reflecting on Q1 and planning ahead for Q2, we see a clearer focus emerging around two main areas: prayer resources and Android.
- We plan to bring the Bible integration to a full production release for iOS once it has been tested and refined.
- Alongside this, we will begin introducing prayer resources designed to support and deepen your prayer routines, helping you find words, rhythms, and guidance when needed.
- On Android, our focus will be to continue closing the gap with iOS by bringing over missing features and improving the overall experience.
- At the same time, we will keep refining all platforms, adding thoughtful improvements and small details that make the app feel more natural and supportive in everyday use.
- We also want to take steps toward being more present with you as a community, listening more closely and sharing more along the way.
And in all of this, we continue, step by step, in prayer.

Q1 Funding Update
We want to express our deep gratitude to everyone who has chosen to support Prayminder financially. This past quarter has been the first where we’ve been able to give our full working time to this project, and we’re thankful for every contribution that has made this possible.
For Q1, we reached around 20% of the financial goal we had set to make this work sustainable. While we still have some distance to go, we’re continuing forward and trusting that, through your support, this can be sustained.
We have chosen to keep Prayminder free for everyone, and instead invite those who are able to support it through giving. There are two ways you can support Prayminder: through monthly giving, or a one-time gift. While both are deeply appreciated, monthly giving helps us plan ahead with more clarity and stability.
A closing prayer
Heavenly Father, we bring this moment before You, aware that there is much unfolding in the world around us. In the midst of uncertainty, remind us to keep our eyes on Your goodness, which does not change.
- We pray for peace, in places of conflict, in nations, in communities, and in hearts that are restless. Let Your peace move where there is fear, tension, and division.
- We ask for Your provision for those who are in need. For those lacking daily necessities, for those carrying unseen burdens, for those who feel uncertain about what lies ahead. Meet each one with what they need, both physically and inwardly.
- And for each person reading this, we pray that they would know Your presence in their everyday life. That in the middle of all that is happening, they would find their way back to You, again and again.
We place everything into Your hands.
Amen.
